I know chlorine freaks it out and I was just wondering how long till I can swim and what other restrictions are involved?

My 18th birthday is coming up and I’m planning on getting a tattoo. I am going to get “Life is Beautiful” translated into Lithuanian, which is my main heritage. It translates into Gyvenimas Gražus and I’m planning on getting it in a very scriptive font going around my entire wrist. On a scale of 1-10 how bad will this hurt do you think? And how long will it take possibly? Thankss.
