THere is a tattoo a man’s arm, the upper arm between the shoulder and the elbow inside. There is a seven letter name that strecthes almost near the elbow. This morning he noticed little tiny tiny bumps inside the tattoo, maybe two or three tiny bumps inside each letter. It was just noticed today and the tattoo is about 6 months old.
