I shaved before getting my tattoo and now i have ingrown hairs?

I shaved my stomach and hip so the tattoo can come out clean but its been 3 days since i got my tattoo and now i am gettin ingrown hairs [[little red bumps]] around my tattoo and through it as well. All I am concerned about is how should I treat it. I dont want it to mess up my tattoo or for it to get infected so what should i do?

What difficulties are there with getting a tattoo at 16?

I am 16 and about to receive a tattoo on my left bicep on my arm and was wondering, since my body is still growing, will it have any effect on the tattoo such as stretching or deforming as I gradually get older?

But I would also like to add that I am a boxer and I am still trying to build muscle will this also have an effect?

Will a tattoo have any effect on surgery?

I’m planning on getting my first tattoo in a week or so. It’s gonna be on my chest. I’m getting a major surgery to fix my underbite sometime in late june or early july. Will the tattoo have any effect or cause any complications to the surgery?
