Is it possible for a person to get their ******* smaller by using a laser to remove tattoos?

How long do tattoos take to heal?

Can you get fired for getting a tattoo or piercing without asking permission?

I really wan my nose pierced and a small tattoo on the back of my neck but I really don’t want to confront my boss about it. She’s kinda uptight. There’s nothing in our dress code that mentions tattoos or piercings but no one I know here has them cuz most of them are old. I’m sure someone has one but it’s in a spot where it’s covered. What do you think i should do? Can I get fired if I just do it?
This is my career. I’m never getting a different job. I’m retiring form this place. I love it here and I make lots of $
